Description

Dear Jeremy,

Further to our recent conversation, please be advised that the COPARN message for Booking No. EBKG14001399 has been rejected due to a missing goods description. Kindly note that the error notification was not transmitted to the respective client as expected.

Upon investigation, we identified that the presence of the "&" character in the error message prevented the system from delivering the email notification to the client.
