Description

A user from 'SOTRIMEX LTEE' submitted their house manifest and then immediately deleted the associated House BL. The manifest, which included the House BL number, was successfully transmitted to customs via the CUSCAR message. However, when approval was received, the PDF notification was empty. This occurred because the user had deleted the House BL from the manifest after submission. To prevent this issue, a check must be implemented to block deletion of the House BL if the manifest has already been sent to customs.
