Delivery Order Improvements

As discussed, please find below improvements for Delivery order

In list of issued HDO, a column "DO Type" should be added indicating if it is a Temporary, Manual or transmission.
All issued DO should have a reference, e.g. MACCS25HDO08151

When temporary DO has been issued, User should still be able to reissue another temporary or a new Manual or Transmission DO by accessing the "+ Issue HDO" button.

Once manual DO has been issued, user should not be allowed to do Transmission or issue another manual.

Once Transmission DO has been done, user should be allowed to do another Transmission or manual DO only if the previous transmission has failed.

If Transmission successful, then user should not be allowed to redo another transmission or manual DO.
@noyan_avisham @nayeck_nadeem Kindly add any points discussed that may have missed in above.
