The users should be able to generate and download a "Delivery Consignee Sheet" report per File Reference, once a valid Manual or Transmission Delivery Order (DO) has been issued and approved via the "Delivery Order" module.

Workflow Summary

1. Whether a DO has been issued or not in the "Delivery Order" module, the HBL records should still be displayed in the "Delivery Consignee Sheet" report.

2. Users can download the "Delivery Consignee Sheet" from the File Reference screen, in the File Reference row under the "Download PDF" button group.

3. A new option must be added to the button group: "Download Delivery Consignee Sheet"

4. The generated report includes all HBLs under the selected File Reference and is:

   • grouped per Container Ref
   • Paginated so that each container with its corresponding HBLs appears on a separate page

• An example of the report is attached. DELIVERY CONSIGNEE SHEET.pdf
• Please note that the Remarks field includes information about the "Release Type" derived from the HBL details found in the File Reference screen.
• Add a title to the report: "Delivery Consignee Sheet"

DO Release Logic

• When a Manual or Transmission DO has been issued and approved, the corresponding HBL(s) will contain the DO Date, DO Reference and Customs Broker info.
• If only a Temporary DO has been issued:
  • These HBL records will still appear in the Delivery Consignee Sheet, with blank information for the DO Date, DO Reference, and Customs Broker.

Permissions

• Only users with the required authority should see and be able to use the "Download Delivery Consignee Sheet" option.

Note that in the case of FCL, remove the container Ref from the header and add a new column beside the House Bill Number as shown below.
