Ocean CCS : Issue on Download file restitution

Description

We have identified a functional issue on CCS related to the download of the Excel file (file restitution) for an ATP. The issue occurs as follows:

When User A downloads the file restitution for a specific ATP on CCS from one laptop, the download works correctly.

However, when another user (User B) attempts to download the same file from a different laptop, clicking on "Download Excel" under Tracing does not initiate the download.

The only way User B is able to eventually download the correct file is by trying different ATPs at random (trial and error), which is inefficient and confusing.

Grateful if you could investigate this behavior, as it appears the system is caching or binding the download session per user/device, which might be preventing proper download for subsequent users.

Please check urgently and advise once the issue has been resolved or if further information is needed from our side.
