Enable creation of Invoice (unlinked to MBL/HBL/Clearing Ref)

Description
An FFWD can issue an Invoice directly from the Invoicing screen without any link to MBL/HBL/Clearing Ref and any otehr file.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Trigger: User selects “Create → Invoice”

Fields:
- Select Client
- Invoice Number (auto-generated)
- Date of Issue
- Reference (example: can include any of below)
- MBL
- HBL
- Clearing Reference
- Charge items (line by line)
- Currency
- Total Amount
It need not be linked to MBL, HBL, or Clearing Ref
it enables charge and profitability tracking
