Enhancement: When adding an FCL, the shipment type should default to 'Container' and not allow selection as 'Bulk'.

This enhancement ensures users will no longer be able to select "Bulk" when adding an FCL shipment.
The system will automatically assign "Container" as the shipment type for an FCL
