Description

Requirement:
Develop a maintenance page called Service Config within the Portal to support Add and Update operations exclusively for the SERVICE_CONFIG table found in CCS_COMMON schema.

The page should not modify any existing records in the table.
It should allow the creation of new test data only for testing purposes.
The page should be accessible to Admin users only.
