Description

@noyan_avisham as demonstrated and you reproduced, Kindly note that sales charges in File Reference Import disappears every time consignee is changed.

Steps:

Create File reference
Proceed to add charges in HBL
Select consignee A
Add charge in sales (but do not save the HBL)

Go and change consignee A to consignee B

Issue: The charge added disappear
