Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Ocean > Export > FCL
Create File reference
Add an HBL
Under Costs section > Add costs
Click on Update button

Actual

Update button is not triggered ( see atatched)

Expected

User should be allowed to update costs.

Note : For Sales section, update is working fine.
