Steps:

1. Create shipment cost with reefer container
2. Create quotation MACCS25QSFI06051 with reefer temperature info
3. Proceed to create file reference
4. Add HBL by retrieving quotation
5. Proceed to update container (another related Issue:https://gitlab.maccs.mu/rnd/ffa/documentation/-/issues/605)
