Description

Precondition

Charges with Tax Exempt should already exist under Maintenance> Charges screen ( Tax = 0)

Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Accounting module
Click on Freight Purchase
Click on Add Freight Purchase
Add charges with Amount = 100, VAT 0

Actual

Total is displaying zero ( see attached)

Expected

The total should display the Amount
