Description

Steps to reproduce issue

  • Navigate to Ocean Export> File reference
  • Create a file Reference
  • Add a container
  • Add an HBL
  • Do not select any Type of BL

Actual

  • Blank is displayed by default. see attached

Expected

  • By default Draft should be displayed
