Precondition: Fill all fields, Add container and the Charges
- When the Approval button is clicked, a pop -up ‘Send Email’ is appeared. Currently the text field ‘Email to’ by default displays the requestor email address. A test was carried done where the requestor email was replaced by another user email address.
- Despite this change, the requestor still receives the mail. By default, our system has been designed to send the requestor an email. ( see attached)
Question:
- If the requestor email is removed from the text field, Should the requestor receive an email?
Answer:
- Requestor should not received email, if requestor email has been removed from both fields ( Email to and EMAIL cc)
