Description

Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to file reference screen
Under Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party Information
Select Notify > Insert BRN ( +1234589)
Select Notify 1> Insert BRN ( +1234589)

Actual

Screen is not displaying properly when error message is displayed for BRN ( see attached)

Expected

All fields should be aligned properly and error message should be displayed under text box for BRN

Note: Same apply for Delivery Agent section
