Description

Please note that the activity log in File reference is not working/displaying any information.

Steps:

Created a new File Reference

Saved the file with dummy references in HBL and Containers

After saved successfully and File reference has been generated, when back and updated both container and HBL with proper references.

Issue: There is no record in Activity Log
