Navigate to Ocean Export
Create a file Reference
Enable Release Order
Assign to CFS user
Navigate to loading plan
Click on Save button

Actual

No validation message is displayed if Provisional /Final is not selected

Expected

The following error message should be displayed, "Either Provisional or Final should be selected"
