Description

Two issues have been detected on Loading plan during the Training session 1 on 18th Feb as below:

Hashim created a new loading plan, selected "Provisional" at the beginning, and then updated two HBLs info. It has been noticed that while updating the HBL info, the selected "Provisional/Final" toggle becomes unselected.
While creating & updating a loading plan, if "Provisional/Final" has not been selected, then no alert appears on saving of the Loading plan. User has to check by himself,what has been missed.
