Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Ocean > Export > Clearing Services > Clearing List
Create a Clearing File reference
Under Container Information> Add a Container
Add a Bulk

Actual

User is able to add both Container and Bulk ( see attached)

Expected

The field 'Container Type' is disabled if either a Container or Bulk has been added.
