 Kindly find below the points discussed:

1.     Freight Purchase

·       Charges should not be mandatory if status is provisional.

·       Should have invoice ref and supplier column next to additional info in charges

2.     File Reference

·       To add a field named “Priority” for HBL & Container which will be used in Loading plan.

·       Should have a proper system generated format for HBL Ref and MBL Ref.

·       Should display the Total number of HBL, pieces, weight, volume display in Container tab.

·       Should differentiate Container and HBL by color in the “Container/HBL List”.

·       FFWD cannot work if Payment Request is not available. – critical

·       When uploading release order in container, the document should be sent by email address and not by user.

3.     Configuration

·       Bug – Default data of username, password and company is being displayed in these textboxes automatically; This should not be the case.

4.     Exchange Rate:

·       Bug – All dates format should be DD/MM/YYYY.

·       Bug – When selecting date range on exchange rate screen, date is not displayed correctly e.g. if 08/03/2025 is selected, 07/03/2025 is being displayed.

·       To add auditing for exchange rate.

5.     Invoice: Should be able to issue invoice for prepaid and collect also.
