Steps:

Clicked on create shipment cost
Retrieve vessel schedule
Filled in necessary info
Click on add cost
Selected a charge

Issue:

Added and saved a cost with no date
Click on edit the cost to add the date

(a) Date field not functioning properly

(B) Click on update button but the pop up does not go away

(C) Every time Clicking on update, the charge is duplicated
