1st Issue: Shipper just created not found in File Reference Screen

Steps:

1. In file Reference -> go to section HBL

2. Click on "Choose Existing Shipper" Icon and search for a shipper

3. Shipper not exist

4. Open another tab; create the shipper in the Maintenance Client screen

5. Go to the first tab, where the File Reference is already open.

6. Click on the "Choose Existing Shipper" Icon and search for the shipper that was just created.

7. Shipper cannot be found

8. The user has to discard all details that have been input for the HBL and retrieve the file reference again; then he or she can see the new record in the popup.

Second Issue:

1. In file Reference -> go to section HBL
2. Click on "Choose Existing Shipper" Icon
3. Press "Enter" on the Search textbox; the popup for List of quotations appears. Normally, in such a situation, the user expects to see the search results.
