Targeted sales not giving correct calculation
Description
Kindly note that during testing, below issue has been identified.

Change of Targeted sales from 1.2% to 1.5% then click on the 'Save' button.
{width=912 height=288}
You will notice that all the value remained unchanged despite the targeted sales was changed by 0.3% that is from 1.2% to 1.5%.
Thanks to look into the matter and revert.
