Description

Kindly note that when adding an HBL in a file reference and an error has occurred, the user has to scroll up to the HBL tab to know if there's an error.

User tends to continuously click on the "Add HBL" button without knowing an error message is being display on the top.

To solve this issue, all error messages should be displayed in a pop up for the user to clearly see it and know that there is an error.
