Scenario

When a user request for a Quotation on RFQ screen, on Quotation screen status = Requested
-
On Quotation screen, When FFW create a Quotation/works on a RFQ,. Once an HBL has been verified and Saved by the FFW
on Quotation screen status = In Progress
-
After validating all the HBL information, the FFW having authorisation rights will select confirm from the HBL state dropdown. After saving. HBL status = Confirmed

After a Vessel has departed, FFW should close the HBL. ( Note: HBL can be reopened by supervisor , inserting a reason is mandatory,)
