Description

  • Release order notification to CFS , Exporter or Transporter

Once a release order option has been selected then a button to send a client must be available and option to input the client email which will notify the client afterwards.

For container

On File Reference screen, After FFW enable Release Order. A pop up is displayed with 2 options CFS and FFW. FFW selects CFS option, from the dropdown list selects CFS name. After clicking on Ok button. On File Reference screen, Update field Container Ref .Save File Reference

The CFS user receives a mail Notification.

  • The system should allow an option to upload release notes and send them as an email attachment to the selected recipient with input of the email address.
