Description

• A mail notification should be sent to the user informing them the House Bl has exceeded 7 days, suggesting the user to close the HouseBL

As a system user,
I want to be notified when a House BL is still "In Progress" state for more than 15 days,
so that I can take appropriate action, such as closing the House BL, and ensure timely updates in the system.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Notification Trigger:
   • On a daily basis ,the system should automatically check the status of all House Bills of Lading ( In Progress). If any HBL has been in progress state for more than 7 days, a notification should be generated. Notification message: ' House Bill of Lading exceeding 15 days'
2. Notification Details:
   • The notification should include:
     • HBL number
     • Date of creation
     • Notification message suggesting the user to close the House BL if necessary.
     • A link to the file reference screen for quick access.
3. Notification Timing:
   • Email is sent at the start of the 16th day if the House BL is still "In Progress" state.
   • Users should have the option to Close the House BL
4. Frequency of Notifications:
   • Once an HBL exceeds 7 days, the user should receive a notification notification daily until confirmed/closed .
5. Visibility in the System:
   • The system should displays a notification alert in the HBL dashboard under the HBL state "In Progress" marked as "Overdue House BLs."
   • The notification disappears once the House BL is confirmed/closed.
