Description

The system should allow users to update and track the status of each quotation with the following statuses:

  • REQUESTED : Indicates a new RFQ has been received.
  • IN_PROGRESS: Indicates that an officer has started working on the quotation.
  • PROPOSED : Quotation approved by the supervisor and sent to client
  • CONFIRMED: Signifies that the requester/client has confirmed and agree with this quotation.
  • CANCELLED: The quotation has been cancelled, either by the client or internally.
  1. Users should be able to view the current status of each Quotation on their dashboard
