Screen: Export> File Reference > Action Button

  • Open a file reference which is in status In progress.
  1. Only managers should have the permissions to Approve, Re-Open, and Cancel tasks.
  2. When File reference is Re-Opened or Canceled, the agent must provide a reason for this action.
