Description

As an Agent,
I want to generate a bill of lading before issuing an invoice,
so that I can prepare shipping documents in advance and streamline the shipping process.

Acceptance Criteria:

Add a button,"Generate Bill of Lading" on the HBL info.
After clicking on the button the system generates a draft pdf BOL based on the order details.
The generated BOL includes all necessary information

Call endpoint Already in listInvoice to download bill of lading
