Description

As a freight forwarder,
I want to search invoices by client and list all pending invoices with any associated credit notes, debit notes, and the remaining amount to be paid

Acceptance Criteria:

• Search Invoices by Client:
  • On payment screen the agent should be allowed to enter a client’s name or company name in a search bar to retrieve all invoices associated with that client.
  • The search results should display relevant invoice details( Example: invoice number, date, status)
• List Pending Invoices:
  • Display a list of invoices that are currently pending payment.
  • Include columns for invoice number, client name, invoice date, due date, and original amount.
• Credit Notes:
  • Include any credit notes that have been issued for each pending invoice, showing the amount credited.
  • Display the credit note details alongside the corresponding invoice.
• Debit Notes:
  • Include any debit notes that have been issued for each pending invoice, showing the additional amount charged.
  • Display the debit note details alongside the corresponding invoice.
• Remaining Amount:
  • Calculate and display the remaining amount to be paid for each invoice after accounting for any credit or debit notes.
  • Ensure the remaining amount is clearly visible.
• The list should be organized in a table format with sortable and searchable columns.
• Ensure the layout is user-friendly and consistent with the existing design.
