Title: Add "Actual Departure Date" to the Vessel Schedule Screen with Manual Entry and Display on File Reference Screen

As a Freight Forwarding User,
I want to manually input the "Actual Departure Date" on the Vessel Schedule Screen,
So that this information can be accurately recorded and displayed on the File Reference Screen in the "Voyage Information" section, since automatic retrieval from CCS is not yet available.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. A new field named Actual Departure Date should be added to the Vessel Schedule Screen.
2. The field should accept manual entry by the user in date format (DD/MM/YYYY).
3. This field will be visible and read only in the File Reference Screen under the Voyage Information section.
4. Once interfacing with CCS is available, the system will automatically retrieve this information, but for the initial release, it will be manually captured.
5. Ensure that the Actual Departure Date field is included in any relevant reports or exports related to the vessel schedule.
6. The current fields displayed under the section "Date/Time" in the Vessel Schedule Screen should be renamed to Estimate Date and time of Departure, Estimate Date and time of Arrival.

Additional Notes:

• The interface with CCS will be developed in a future release, but for now, users will manually input the Actual Departure Date.
