Description

Screen: Accounting > Payment

As a Freight Forwarder,
I want to have the option to send a receipt to my client via email,

Acceptance Criteria:

Email Option Availability
- The option to send a receipt via email should be clearly visible on the List of Payment page and Payment module.
- Users should have the ability to enter or select a client’s email address.
- User should be able to enter multiple address
Confirmation of Email Sent
- After sending the receipt, users should receive an on-screen confirmation message indicating that the receipt has been successfully sent.
- An option for users to resend the receipt in case of failure should be available.
Email History
- Users should have access to a history of sent receipts, including timestamps and email addresses used for sending.
- This history should be easily accessible from the user dashboard.
Error Handling
- If an email fails to send, the freight forwarder should receive an error message.
