Description

As a user,
I want to see an activity log on the payment screen,
so that I can track all actions taken on a payment

Acceptance Criteria:

Visibility of Activity Log
- The activity log should be displayed on the payment screen, below the payment details on the page.
- The log should be expandable or collapsible to allow users to focus on payment information when necessary.
Content of Activity Log
- Each entry in the activity log should include:
  - Timestamp: Date and time of the action.
  - User: The individual who performed the action.
  - Description of the action (e.g., "Payment initiated", "Payment completed", "Payment failed", "Refund issued", "Email sent to client).
Real-Time Updates
- The activity log must update in real-time as actions are performed on payments, ensuring users have access to the latest information.
