Navigate to File reference screen
Create a File Reference
Add a Container
Add an HBL
Save File Reference
Approve File reference

Actual

File reference status is displaying as confirmed on the List of references and HBL status status as in progress. see attached

Expected

Both File Reference and HBL status should be set to confirmed after an approval has been made
