Description

As a user,
I want to select multiple authorities from a dropdown list,

Acceptance Criteria:

The dropdown list should allow multiple selections of authorities in the dropdown list by clicking in checkbox.
Users should be able to deselect authorities by clicking on the checkbox again.
The dropdown should support search functionality to quickly find authorities.

Another Scenario

Pagination is not working correctly after adding multiple Authorities to a role. (More than 15)
