Description
As a user,
I want to have access to request for quotation, with all other screens .
Acceptance Criteria:

Access Control:
- On List of Quotation page display ( Quotation Status : In progress, Requested, Confirmed, Approved, Cancelled, Awaiting Approval, Internal Rejected)
- User should be able to filter quotations list by Import/Export

Document Import:
- The user should be able to import only the required document like ( Example: Invoice, Packing list and Original Bill of Lading (BL))

Creating a Quotation :
- Under Shipment details add an Import button , bind the Requestor Information details to Consignee located on second screen: Shipper/Consignee /Notify parties information section
- Default port ( Destination Port) should be Mauritius.
- Note: Default port is on Configuration screen

Document Management:
- The user should have the ability to delete the imported document if necessary.
- If any document is missing, the agent will request the client to reload the document at RFQ and submit same.
