Description
Description
Meeting with Silverline on 13/12/24
Mail subject: Silverline_System Walkthrough
Screens impacted:
File Reference > Cross Trade
Accounting > Invoice
Requirements
-
Screen Layout:
- Add a new screen Cross Trade under Ocean > Export > File Reference
- The 'Cross Trade' screen should display the same fields as the screen for Less than Container Load (LCL) operations.
- There will be no HBL functionality
- ALL charges to be included in MASTER Bill of Lading ONLY
-
File Reference Saving:
- Upon saving the file reference, the user should not be prompted to add a House Bill of Lading (HBL). Should save successfully
-
Cross Trade Functionality:
- Cross trade functionality is not applicable for LCL operations.
-
Use Existing Quotation:
- Add an option to 'Use existing quotation' on the 'Cross Trade' screen.
-
Master Bill of Lading:
- Allow more than 1 container to be associated with a single Master Bill of Lading.
- Ensure that one Master Bill of Lading is assigned to only one client only.
-
Invoice Impact:
- The Master Bill of Lading number should appear on the invoice.
- Invoice to have same functionalities as LCL/FCL i.e., can be in Foreign Currencies
-
Cost and Sales
- Cost and Sales for ‘Cross Trade’ to follow same logic as LCL/FCL and display correct info
Suggestion:
As a freight forwarder, I want to track the number of transactions that occurred in one month for a specific vessel, between LCL, FCL and cross trade transactions.
