File reference: Add a textbox to display label under shipper consignee

Description
As a user: I want to add a section to include a textbox in the Shipper/Consignee section to display a label. This textbox should be visible but not editable.
Acceptance Criteria:

Shipper/Consignee Section:
- A new textbox is added to the Shipper/Consignee section to display the label .
- The label textbox should be visible but not editable by the user.
