User should be able to filter by department

  1. New Column Addition:
    • Add a new column titled Department  to the existing Manage User table List.
    • This column will retrieve and display department names from the User Management > Add user screen
  2. Search Functionality:
    • Add a search box to enable users to filter users by their department.
