Description

As an agent , Once a clearing is saved with an Approval status, the Save button label should change to "Update". The update button should remain visible but disabled
When a Supervisor role user has accessed the clearing file , the update button should be visible and enabled. Only a Supervisor is allowed to update changes made to the approved clearing
