Description

When creating a new RFQ, the Bulk/Container List is displaying a bulk container by default as below.

Also, we tried to delete that default record and then tried to add another record but could not proceed as the button "Add" was disabled.

Note, we have not taken the screenshot for this one, but Avisham and Vishesh were here and saw the issue together with us.
