Quotation - To add remark/reason when doing action client reject

Description

Steps:

  1. Created a quotation and proposed to client
  2. Clients rejects and FFWD do action " Client rejected"
  3. Send email pop up showed up

Firstly, Should Automatically display the client email address in the field

Secondly, should add remarks field for the user to enter reason for rejection in the pop up, same as in when doing action "cancel"

The email sent body should then be:

"Your Quotation with reference : MACCS25QSFE01001 has been rejected by client <Name> for the following reason: <Reason>

Reason should be displayed in activity log also
