Description
As a user,
I want to search for clearing files by BOE number on the List of Clearing screen,
So that I can quickly find the relevant clearing file.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Add a search textbox to the List of Clearing screen.
- The user can enter a BOE number to filter the list.
- The search functionality is case-insensitive and supports partial matches.
- If an invalid BOE number is inserted an error message should be displayed " Incorrect BOE number"
