As per discussion on sprint planning 22/04/2025, we need to recalculate the remaining amount in the receipt as per the following points:
- For each record added to generate receipt, we need recalculate the remaining amount
- The records can be added for different invoices. We need to calculate the remaining amount per invoice
- We can have different payment methods. We need to calculate the remaining amount per invoice again
