Description

Kindly note that we have come across a scenario regarding a house manifest pertaining to 1 car and some personal effects.
HBL No : ACS1063A
Container : MRKU4600310
BOE : 42023248669
For this case there will be only 1 HBL containing 1 Car and personal effects together which will be manifested on CCS by the Freight Forwarder.
Later on, after all process have been completed, the broker will proceed with 2 BOE respectively (1 for car & 1 for personal effects) where CR02/CR03 and CR07 will be sent to CCS.
Upon creation of the ICID in CCS, the IRN will not be generated as the total number of packages and gross weight will not tally as per unstuffing and BOE.
As this particular scenario has not been catered for house manifest, this is causing an inconvenient to the CFS as the latter needs to deliver the goods manually upon presentation of a copy of BOE and delivery order.
Grateful if the necessary can be done at our level to cater for this type of scenario.
