FW_Wrong_figures_received_when_extract_statistics_on_Bunkering_deliveries.msg

Refer to the attached mail from MPA, where it has been pointed out that suppliers are inputting the wrong amount of bunker delivered in the e-Bunkering system.

From the investigation, it has been noticed that in several cases, the suppliers have inputted the amount of bunker delivered with a high value that is significantly more than the amount that was requested.

To prevent such issues, validations need to be applied so that the user is warned before saving and, if needed, sends a mail message to authorities to inform them of the significant discrepancy.

1. validations should be to verify the amount Requested in Tons against the amount Delivered in Tons
2. validations should be to verify the amount Requested in Litres against the amount Delivered in Litres

We will need to brainstorm before proceeding with this validation.
