Description

While investigating the warehousing reprocessing issue cron, it has been discovered that the cron for transfer delay has also stopped working since January 30, 2023. As a result, MRA has not received any SMS messages since January 31, 2023, a total of 3906 records. These records need to be updated in the table "GATEOUT_DETAILS" field "DELAY_TRANSFER_COMPLETION."

After brainstorming with Nadeem & Nirmal, it has been agreed to Update SP_RETRIEVE_TRANSFER_DELAY in Package PKG_TRANSFER_DELAY to cater for Transfer delay for last one hour.
