Description

We encountered an issue with a voyage number (ATP23004799) in CCS, where a manifest was created but not yet submitted to customs for approval. The shipping line cannot modify the voyage number due to this existing manifest. Our request to the shipping line is to delete the manifest entirely, including all associated containers, BLs and the header. This deletion would allow the necessary corrections to proceed with the ATP.

It's important to note that this proposed solution might be time-consuming, as after the ATP modifications, the shipping line would need to manually recreate the entire manifest on CCS, including the list of BLs and containers, Ex : 1 BL can contain more than 25 containers.

Our request for a lasting solution involves enabling the ability to modify the ATP regardless of the presence of a created manifest that hasn't been submitted to customs with no report number.

Thanks for your feedback on the above.
