MRA had informed us that a new declarant code (CPSO011), under BRN C07027647, has been created at customs for the submission of courier manifest by the Mauritius Post Ltd.

Thanks to note taht we has proceed with a Testing on MACCSPORTAL TEST, we used the same CCS ID (CMPL) to create two different declarant codes, as shown in the screenshots below:

As per the system design, CCS ID should be unique for each declarant code. However, it appears that the same CCS ID is being used for two different declarant codes in this case, which may cause issues in the processing.

Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this and ensure that the CCS ID is correctly assigned to each declarant code.
